How Personal Matchmaking Works
Our team introduces men to women from Ukraine and other countries of Eastern Europe, including women who now live abroad. Ukraine remains our main focus.
01 · Free consultation
First, we get to know each other
You fill in our application form. We review it and, if needed, clarify the details by email or messenger.
If we see that we can help you, we invite you to a video consultation. We talk about what you are looking for, our programs, their full cost and terms. Afterwards, we decide together whether to start working with each other. The application and the consultation are free.
02 · First introductions
Your first video introductions
After you sign the contract and make the first payment, we prepare your profile and look for women whose values and plans fit yours. We arrange your first video introductions with both sides’ prior agreement, after the woman has seen your profile.
We pass on contact details for direct communication after the remaining part of the fee is paid, when the interest is mutual and with the woman’s prior agreement specifically to passing them on. After an introduction, we talk through your impressions and take them into account going forward. Language support during video introductions is included in the fee and provided when needed.
03 · Support and further matchmaking
Support after the introduction
Your impressions after an introduction help us understand more precisely who might be a good match for you. Our team stays in touch.
You can continue working with us on your chosen program by paying the remaining part of the fee. You can pay it before or after your first video introductions, whether or not mutual interest has developed.

The application and the first consultation are free.
The first payment
You pay the first part of the fee after signing the contract. It covers preparing your profile, matchmaking and your first video introductions. How long this work lasts and how many introductions it includes are set out in your contract.
If you want to continue
You can stop or continue working with us by paying the remaining part of the fee. This is a single payment for the program, not for individual introductions or for exchanging contact details. You can pay it before or after your first video introductions, whether or not mutual interest has developed.
When we pass on contact details
When all three conditions are met:
- You have paid the remaining part of the fee.
- You both want to keep in touch.
- The woman has agreed in advance to her contact details being passed on.
Agreeing to a video call does not mean agreeing to exchange contact details. Once contact details are exchanged, you talk to each other directly.
Good to know
Do I need to speak Ukrainian or Russian?
No. Language support during video introductions is included in the fee and provided when needed. Translation of private communication after contact details are exchanged is not included.
Who pays for travel?
You pay for travel, accommodation and other expenses related to in-person meetings yourself — these are not part of the program.
Do you guarantee a relationship or marriage?
No. We are responsible for matchmaking, arranging introductions and support within the program. We cannot guarantee mutual interest, a relationship, marriage or how long it will take.
We verify both sides. First and foremost, we confirm identity and check the information provided.
